Redondo Beach, CA – July 21, 2009: Riviera Fitness Club in South Redondo Beach is hosting its annual Health Fair to promote fitness, nutrition and overall well-being. The club’s trainers will be offering nutritional counseling plus body fat analysis and local area businesses will provide health screenings, chair massages and door prizes – all free to the public from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, July 25th. Families will also learn about Riviera Fitness Club’s free student workout promotion where students ages 12-17 receive a complimentary gym membership throughout August.

WHY: The Riviera Fitness Club is teaming with local businesses and wellness professionals to help the community achieve an active and healthy lifestyle. Riviera Fitness professionals will be offering free nutritional counseling, body fat analysis and enrolling students in a free one-month fitness program aimed to help young people develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Health Fair exhibitors will be offering free product samples and services such as chiropractic care, chair massages and health screenings. Food will also be provided compliments of Good Stuff and Riviera Mexican Grill and door prizes will be raffled off (winners need not be present.)
