WHY: HFH GLA will build three new single-family homes at Henderson Avenue at 15th St., and will rehabilitate another home on Magnolia Street in partnership with the Long Beach Housing Development Company. Attendance at a homeowner orientation is a mandatory first step in the application process for Habitat for Humanity partner families. Orientations will be held in English and Spanish.
Eligibility criteria:
• Live or work in the city of Long Beach
• Meet income guidelines as specified in table below
• Attend one of the mandatory homebuyer orientations
• Agree to program guidelines
