LOCAL DENTIST PARTNERS WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY TO PROVIDE FREE DENTAL CARE FOR FAMILIES IN NEED

Dr. Sandra Calleros will Treat Habitat Partner Families at No Cost
Los Angeles, CA – March 19, 2010: Dr. Sandra Calleros has been practicing dentistry in the South Bay for over twenty years and has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (HFH GLA) to provide a day of free dentistry for its partner families at her El Segundo office. Dr. Calleros has invited Dr. Carmen Ramos, Dr. Yigal Zibari and Dr. Sylvia Cardona to join her for this first annual charity event. Together they will diagnose and work on over 20 patients this Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

WHY: In addition to partnering with low-income families to build affordable, decent homes, HFH GLA also seeks to provide its partner families with other opportunities to improve their quality of life. Dr. Sandra Calleros wanted to support this initiative by donating her expertise to provide a day of free dental service for HFH GLA homeowners. The Family Services Department presented all HFH GLA partner families with this opportunity and many signed up. On Saturday over 20 people will leave Dr. Calleros’ office with healthier smiles.
