Anthony Minite Tapped to Lead PARALLELTEK, a New Technology Division of Tangram Interiors

Santa Fe Springs, CA – May 7, 2013Tangram Interiors has formed a new company called PARALLELTEK, a unified communications solutions provider.  The company will be focused on network cabling, audiovisual and security systems.  PARALLELTEK will be led by Anthony Minite, who has been named President and General Manager.  The company was formed to meet the growing demand for products that communicate with smart office technology. End users, architects and designers will now benefit from having a complete workplace solution. PARALLELTEK has recruited industry veteran, Frank Gomez, formerly of Spinitar, to serve as Vice President of Operations.

The transformation in workplace culture and etiquette has allowed companies to revolutionize business operations. Clients needs have changed and technology must continue to develop in order for companies to continue to grow. The network cabling, audiovisual and security services provided by PARALLELTEK cultivate communication between employees, clients, and smart office technology.

Minite is the former President and CEO of Bentley Prince Street, California’s largest commercial carpet manufacturer.  Under his leadership, Bentley Prince Street was widely recognized for its environmental and social sustainability leadership and its strengths-based employee culture, as well as its award-winning products.  In his new role as President and GM of PARALLELTEK, Minite will rely on his management experience and extensive industry relationships to build the company to an industry leader in information technology solutions.

Gomez is formerly of Spinitar, a leading audiovisual provider in Southern California.  He is a strategic hands-on operations and sales executive with a 20-year track record of helping companies revitalize, restructure and or implement complete Unified Communications systems in national and global markets.  Before joining PARALLELTEK Gomez held the position of CEO and President, VP of Sales and Marketing for a national and global convergence integrator of Voice, Data & Video solutions to the Department of Defense, he held and maintained clearance authorizations.  Gomez brings extensive management and technical knowledge of this industry.
