Los Angeles, CA – October 30, 2012: Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles’ (HFH GLA) annual Adopt-A-Family Holiday Program supports families who have partnered with HFH GLA through its homeownership and home repair programs. These families are low to very low-income, in many cases earning less than half the average income in Los Angeles County, who have worked very hard to purchase a home through HFH GLA. This year, HFH GLA is also extending the opportunity to veteran and military families who have participated in its home repair program. TheAdopt-a-Family Holiday Program allows donors an opportunity to share their blessings with HFH GLA partner families during the holiday season.
A donation of $250 will sponsor a family, however a monetary or gift card donation in any amount will help HFH GLA spread holiday cheer to more. Together with your donation, we will be able to bring joy to thirty hardworking families this year.
